Our team is committed to raising the quality of prenatal, antenatal and postnatal supplements, fostering efficacy, inclusivity and accessibility, so every woman can prioritise self-care in their journey to motherhood.

SUSTAINABILITY 

We have a considered and conscious approach. All supplements are in glass bottles. Your fertility doesn’t need microplastics, and neither does the environment. 
Supporting Mums-to-be, pregnant Mum’s and new Mums is our priority, but we also need to look after Mother Nature.
All our packaging is recyclable and we use a carbon-neutral courier company to deliver our products to your doorstep.

Laura is a Dietitian & Nutritionist, Mum, and founder of The Fertility Dietitian; a clinic dedicated to helping women to enhance their fertility.

Laura’s guiding principles of care, consideration, and connection are at the centre of everything she does, recognising the individuality of each woman’s journey to motherhood.

Laura has always been fascinated by the undeniable influence vitamins and minerals have on her own wellbeing, and her client’s wellbeing. Naturally, this fascination extended into fertility and reproductive wellness.

Laura is very in touch with the struggles women face in their trying to conceive journey. Her science and nutrition expertise, along with her deep understanding of women’s reproductive needs, created her true passion; supplements to support women in the most vulnerable time of life: preconception, pregnancy and postpartum.

Our Story

In clinic, Laura felt really limited by the supplements she could prescribe to her clients. She would spend hours trying to find the right combination of ingredients that were high quality and at the correct doses. “It was so hard trying to get the right formulations to support certain aspects of their fertility because the products just didn’t exist.”

Laura knew she could produce a supplement line dedicated to female fertility, pregnancy and postpartum wellness, creating safe and trusted formulations that would target specific fertility pain points. Inspired by her clients and her own journey to motherhood, The Fertility Supplements was conceived. Female focused, high quality, carefully chosen ingredients at doses that actually make a difference.
