Shipping 

Australian shipping is available via Australia Post.

An invoice will be sent to the nominated email address that you enter at checkout. We endeavour to process orders within 1-3 business days. We offer regular and express postage but do not guarantee any delivery times as these are constantly changing. Below delivery times do not include fulfilment and are just a guide. Exact shipping and delivery charges are determined by your location and the package weight, so below shipping costs are just a guide. 

Regular/standard shipping – $10.60 (2-5 Business Days)

FREE on orders above $150

Express shipping - $14.45 

Please note: Shipping times are a guide only and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times from time to time, due to weather, or other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond our reasonable control. Online orders are processed and shipped from Geelong, Victoria and therefore we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.

Returns

1. Change of mind returns
Due to health regulations we cannot accept the return of any of our nutritional products because you have changed your mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

2. Other returns
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, The Fertility Supplements will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange, repair or refund (as applicable) where:

  • The product is damaged, or

  • The product is faulty, and

  • You can present your online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase.

    The Fertility Supplements may elect to return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem.The Fertility Supplements reserves the right not to offer an exchange, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

    Our Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure of the product.

3. Defects Following Receipt of Delivery

Upon receipt of the Product(s), you must examine the Product(s) for defects or mis-shipment upon delivery and notify Us of such defects in writing within 7 business days of delivery to you. If you do not notify Us within 7 business days of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the Product(s).

4. Problems with delivery or shipping

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact us at support@thefertilitysupplements.com.au to assess the damage and to work out a solution. We request you to provide a photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to allow for a quick resolution.

For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at support@thefertilitysupplements.com.au to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to us for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.

We reserve the right to charge for return shipping in certain circumstances.

5. Changes to this return policy

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
