We’ll send you an email every 1-3 months depending on the subscription you choose, a few days before we charge you and ship your next box. You can delay an order, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Every ingredient included in The Fertility Supplement’s products are substantiated by scientific evidence. In Australia, each of our products is a listed medicine (see AUST L number on the front of the label). This means every claim we make has to be a permitted indication, and has to have robust supporting evidence. 

Yes, every product is a listed medicine in Australia requiring testing before distribution. Each ingredient used in The Fertility Supplement’s products must meet the quality standards, which are applicable to every listed medicine in Australia. These are part of the good manufacturing practices. 

Currently, we only ship to Australia. Australian shipping is available via Australia Post. We set out to process your order within 1-2 business days. We endeavour to have your product/s delivered to you within 2-5 business days for standard shipping, and 1-2 days for express shipping. 

All TFS products are made in Queensland, Australia.

Our products are specifically formulated to support women during conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding, however, some supplements may only be recommended to take prenatally (prior to conception) and not in pregnancy (antenatally) for example. All products are categorised on our website as ‘Preconception’, ‘Pregnancy’ and/or ‘Postpartum’.

When it comes to knowing when to take each product in your journey to motherhood, please follow the ‘Directions for Use’ and ‘Warnings’ on the label, or be guided by your health professional. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.

We endeavour to send your orders out as quickly as possible. Once you have placed your order, it is very unlikely that we can make any changes to your order. If you have provided an incorrect address at checkout, we are not liable to refund or replace the order.

Yes! We have a considered and conscious approach. All supplements are in glass bottles. Your body doesn’t need microplastics, and neither does the environment.
